Thus, the businesses are leveraging various technological applications into various processes. Digital marketing is one of the foremost functions of business which benefits excessively through the deployment of the AI and machine learning technologies.
Digital advertisers thank the AI technologies for the vast opportunities provided by it such as “smart ads.” The AI technologies can be employed in all the segments of a digital marketing process. As AI and ML technologies disrupt all other business functions, digital marketing is not an exception. In digital marketing, AI strongly influences some of the functions like lead generation and customer acquisition, customer experience management, creative content creation, brand building, product recommendations, product categorization, product search, and fraud detection. Artificial intelligence has contributed a new term in digital marketing—marketing intelligence. Here, marketers can gather inputs, organize information, make predictions, and find relationships of interconnected marketing functions, which are manually impossible to achieve.
