MarketSource, Inc. has recently collaborated with Hirepurpose, LLC to offer flexible job offers for the veterans and spouses of military personnel. Based in Alpharetta, MarketSource, Inc. is a national outsourcing Services Company, which offers retail jobs across the U.S. While MarketSource is acknowledged for creating part-time and full-time jobs in the retail sector, Hirepurpose, LLC operates as a talent acquisition firm for military personnel. Both the conglomerate have now come together to beat unemployment among the veterans from all the service areas. This alliance is likely to generate numerous job opportunities for veterans to be employed with growing and stable organizations. It will also bring job opportunities for the spouses of military personnel, who haven’t been able to maintain consistency in their careers owing to the frequent moves.
On partnering with Hirepurpose, MarketSource President Rick Haviland said “Our partnership with Hirepurpose will benefit candidates who are transitioning from the military, and are looking for employment opportunities. Because MarketSource has a national reach, we can offer the flexibility and opportunity for military family members to carry on employment regardless of where their spouse is stationed.” He further added, “A great thing about Hirepurpose is their nationwide job services footprint. This feature goes step-in-step with our nationally targeted Veterans hiring program - everyone benefits.”
In the first week of this service, there were over a thousand jobs listed on the jobs’ page for veterans. In addition, MarketSource has recently implemented a comprehensive program that aims to recruit veterans, reservists and military spouses. Alongside, the company also seeks to equip them with suitable skills to fit in the jobs. MarketSource is partnering with nonprofits and government agencies to work in this direction and support the veterans and military spouses for this transition.
