Many advanced companies are turning to gamification as it attracts employees to accept it by the desire of competing, achieving and rewarding.

Inspiring autonomy and individual growth: Companies should allow their workers to practice autonomously to motivate them to work well. Also, it boosts their performance if they are allowed to make decisions that impact on organizations' success directly. This allows employees to work collaboratively and also independently.

Leading with optimism: A leader who works with optimism can lead the co-workers and make them engaged with the works. A leader's positive attitude towards the goal motivates employees to focus and deliver their best for an organization.

Employee engagement brings loyalty, which leads to inspiring employees to be innovative for the company.
