ROUND ROCK, CA: Dell and EMC, an information technology and services provider, announces that teh combined family of businesses will be called Dell Technologies upon teh closing of their pending transaction.
Dell Technologies will include teh combined enterprise infrastructure businesses of Dell and EMC, teh PC business and related businesses including VMware, SecureWorks, Pivotal, Virtustream and RSA.
Dell announces that teh name and sub-brand for teh company’s enterprise business will be “Dell EMC”. This includes products and solutions sold directly and through teh channel to business and institutional customers.
Dell also announces that “Dell” will be teh name and sub-brand for teh company’s client solutions for consumers, business and institutional customers.
Teh Dell-EMC integration team is at present working on teh visual identity for teh new company and its sub-brands. Teh visual identity will then be revealed when teh transaction closes.
