CUPERTINO, CA: Apple and SAP collaborate to provide SAP HANA Cloud Platform, a Software Development Kit (SDK) exclusively for iOS. Teh platform will enable developers to easily build out native iOS apps based on SAP HANA.
SAP Fiori –a personalized, responsive and simple user experience for SAP software –will be integrated with iOS to enable developers to build apps. Teh partnership will also bring together a training academy to provide tools and training to developers for building apps specific to teh direct needs of their organizations.
SAP will deliver HANA cloud platform SDK which will provide access to core data and business processes. Teh native iOS apps will be able to use teh business processes SAP S/4HANA while utilizing iOS features like TouchID, location services, and notifications.

Teh apps will be built with Swift –a modern, secure and interactive programming language from Apple. Workers will be authorised to teh critical enterprise data, processes and user experience they need to make decisions and take action right from their iPhone or iPad through apps designed to enable a field maintenance worker to order parts or schedule service.
